Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us via text or email. 972) 799-7373 emerald.bliss.llc@gmail.com *If booking through Booksy, you are able to reschedule/cancel your appointment through the app* ***Exchanges: If purchased a package and have paid in full you are able to change once from your original choice of service. ***50% charge will be charged to those who are a "No-Show" and/or without at least 72 Hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Please keep in mind if you are booking for a next day appoint, you will be automatically charged as if you are a "No-Show" due to your appointment falling less then the 72 Hour period.
